GAMES: Each team will play two games a week for 4 weeks. The 5th week will be a single elimination tournament per level.
AGE LEVELS: Flag 5 & 6, Freshman 7 & 8, Sophomore 9, Junior 10, Senior 11 & 12, 7th Grade Division, and 8th Grade Division
General Rules
- 25 Minute Games
- 45 Yard Field
- All Passing (No Run Plays)
- 3 downs to get a 1st down
- Once in the Red Zone you have 4 downs to score
- Each touchdown is worth 6 points
- If you score you can go for 1 or 2 points
- 1 point from the 3 yard line
- 2 points from the 10 yard line
- An interception is 3 points
- An interception returned across the line is 6 points
- All players must wear a helmet
- All players must wear a mouthpiece
- No player can play without a mouthpiece or helmet under any circumstances
- Players are down where they are touched
- No player can play on multiple teams
- One team per season per player. No matter the age level
